Eine ehrliche Bewertung des A&#8217;DAM Lookout"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ich habe \u00fcber zwei Jahre in Amsterdam gewohnt, deshalb war ich nat\u00fcrlich neugierig auf den A&#8217;DAM Lookout, nachdem ich von der Aussicht und der Schaukel \u00fcber Amsterdam gelesen hatte. Ich bin ein bisschen ein Adrenalin-Junkie, also als mich meine Freundin fragte, ob ich mit ihr auf die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel gehen w\u00fcrde, habe ich zugestimmt. Doch war die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel und der Lookout fast zwanzig Euro wert? Dies beinhaltet nicht die Kosten f\u00fcr die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel, die zus\u00e4tzlich 5 Euro kostet. Das bringt dich auf 19,50 Euro, wenn du in der Schlange wartest. Am Ende habe ich f\u00fcr das Premium-Paket bezahlt, das zwei Hausgetr\u00e4nke (keine Spezialcocktails) f\u00fcr 19,50 Euro beinhaltete, ohne den Preis der Schaukel. (Das Hausgetr\u00e4nk war etwas mit Ingwer und ziemlich lecker, aber nicht besonders stark oder bemerkenswert.) Mein Ehemann war von der Idee eines Europas h\u00f6chsten Schaukel und\/oder eines Adrenalinkicks begeistert. Wir klettern zusammen, also klang die Idee, auf die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel zu gehen, aufregend. Es schien sehr touristisch zu sein, aber manchmal muss man ein Tourist in seiner eigenen Stadt sein.<\/p>\n<p>Wir kamen an und mussten in der Schlange warten. Wie bei den meisten Touristenfallen wurden wir dazu gedr\u00e4ngt, ein Foto vor einem Greenscreen zu machen, das uns angeboten wurde (nicht kostenlos). Danach fuhren wir mit dem Aufzug nach oben. Zugegebenerma\u00dfen war der Aufzug ein bisschen cool, aber er machte mich irgendwie \u00fcbel. Wir kamen mit minimaler Wartezeit an der MADAM Bar an und gingen dann auf das Dach f\u00fcr die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wartezeit f\u00fcr die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel betrug etwa f\u00fcnfzehn Minuten, obwohl es bei der K\u00e4lte ein bisschen unangenehm war. Die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel war ziemlich kurz und die Schaukelbewegung war recht langsam. (Ich wei\u00df nicht, warum ich erwartet hatte, dass sie schneller sein w\u00fcrde.) Der Aufsichtsperson bietet an, Fotos f\u00fcr dich zu machen und\/oder deine GoPro zu installieren, um deine Erfahrung aufzuzeichnen. Wenn du nach unten schaust, siehst du ein industrielles Gebiet und etwas Wasser. Die Getr\u00e4nke waren nichts Besonderes, aber in Ordnung. Die Aussicht war sch\u00f6n, aber sie war keine zwanzig Euro wert. Nach zwei Getr\u00e4nken entschieden Jacob und ich uns, einen weiteren Cocktail zu holen, da wir bereits dort waren. (Das Foto oben zeigt meinen zus\u00e4tzlichen Cocktail, nicht den Begr\u00fc\u00dfungscocktail.) Dann sind wir gegangen. Als jemand, der in Amsterdam gelebt hat, versichere ich dir, dass du bessere Aussichten auf Amsterdam f\u00fcr weniger Geld als die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel oder den A&#8217;DAM Lookout bekommen kannst. Die A&#8217;DAM Schaukel hat f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten Spa\u00df gemacht, aber sie ist dein Geld nicht wert. Es geht haupts\u00e4chlich darum, Fotos f\u00fcr Social Media zu machen, da deine Aussicht von 100 Metern H\u00f6he direkt auf einen Industriepark gerichtet ist. In der Zwischenzeit zeigt das Foto, das der Aufseher f\u00fcr dich macht, eine viel bessere Aussicht, da die Schaukel nach Osten statt nach S\u00fcden (Richtung Amsterdams Zentrum) f\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n<p>Pers\u00f6nlich f\u00fchlte ich mich von der A&#8217;DAM Lookout-Erfahrung wirklich entt\u00e4uscht und abgezockt (genauso wie mein Ehemann). Wir f\u00fchlten uns jedoch verpflichtet, zumindest von unseren beiden im Preis inbegriffenen Getr\u00e4nken zu profitieren. Klimmuur ist der Ort, an den mein Ehemann und ich zum Klettern gehen. Sie bieten Unterricht sowie Ausr\u00fcstungsverleih an, falls du nicht vollst\u00e4ndig vorbereitet bist. Dieses gem\u00fctliche Brunch-Restaurant, versteckt in einem Einkaufszentrum in Amsterdam, verlangt keine Eintrittsgeb\u00fchren und bietet 360-Grad-Aussichten ohne Menschenmassen. (Gern geschehen.) Du musst mindestens 21 Jahre alt sein und dich angemessen kleiden. Nicht schlecht, oder? Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass die ma\u00dfgeschneiderten Cocktails im MADAM wirklich gut gemacht waren, mit einem gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Schuss Gin, obwohl sie nicht besonders g\u00fcnstig sind.
